Introduction: From a long time ago, benefiting from technology has been an inevitable thing for human interests, which is born and based on science. It can be claimed that there is harmony between ETHICS, science and technology, which promote each other. In this article, the researcher discusses this harmony and compatibility. Material and Methods: The current review study was descriptive and using the study of sources and research keywords among the books and articles published in the databases of Thomson Information Institute, Science Direct and Pub Med. Conclusion: As science and technology continue to advance and become more integrated into our daily lives, ethical considerations become increasingly important. For example, the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has raised questions about the potential implications of creating machines that can make autonomous decisions and take actions. If science and technology were considered as a tool, it should have been able to subjugate humans and influence all aspects of behavior and values. While it has become a problem that eventually becomes aligned with morality by applying reason, and people now seek help from it as a tool.

Background Considering the excellent impact of architecture on different fields of human such as culture, psychology, sociology, Observance of moral standards in the architerchural designs is essential. Meanwhile architecture as an engineering profession must be in the conformity with Professional ETHICS. ETHICS architecture in both artistic and technological fields can be investigated.Method: Present paper's method is based on review of ETHICS and similar principles of different moral philosophies and its relationship with ARCHITECTURAL professional ETHICS. Mutual cooperation between moral philosophers and architects as a suitable method for extraction of ARCHITECTURAL ETHICS principles is recommended. As a result of this collaboration two type of global and local moral values is extractable. Architect role in respect of sustainable development and environment criteria can be indicated as global principles for ARCHITECTURAL ETHICS. Comparing modern and traditional ARCHITECTURAL educational systems and its impact on morality has considered and using the traditional ARCHITECTURAL patterns as a method to develop architecture ethical codes has proposed.Conclusion: Due to unique nature of architecture and its impact on society, codifying ethical codes for architecture independent of other engineering is Required. Considering the importance of education in the propagation of moral values, holding affidavit formalities for archietecture seniors and developing special course titled “ETHICS in architecture” in the universities is proposed and ultimately using ARCHITECTURAL ethical codes will be affective on revision or Codification of ARCHITECTURAL Legal rules for Legal Experts in jurisdiction applications.

Introduction: The ethical dimensions of agriculture need to be explored, distinguishing between ETHICS in agriculture and ETHICS of agriculture. ETHICS in agriculture is traditionally based on abstract moral theory, formulated through logical reasoning, but often found inadequate to address the complex ethical challenges within agriculture due to its abstract nature and lack of practical visibility. Conversely, ETHICS of agriculture is approached within a context-specific framework derived from the research topic with the aim of providing more tailored solutions. Materials and Methods: A comprehensive review of the relevant literature is conducted, using a descriptive-analytical approach to provide a conceptual framework for understanding agricultural ETHICS. Conclusion: The article highlights the critical need for a comprehensive ethical framework to address the multifaceted ethical challenges in the agricultural sector. The importance of analyzing and resolving ethical dilemmas at all stages of agriculture is underscored in order to align practices with human ideals and to ensure ethical decision-making by stakeholders involved in agriculture.

This article reviews and criticizes Aristotle’ s Eudemian ETHICS based on Anthony Kenny’ s translation. We have tried to show that morality in Aristotle means living good, and his purpose in writing this work is to find an answer to the question “ what is good life and how we can achieve it” an answer in the virtuous tradition of philosophical environment which he is thinking in. Hence the understanding of the nature of what is happiness based on the understanding of the nature of virtue. After examining all the various virtues, he ultimately defines happiness as "full life activity according to complete virtues" (1219 a, 39) and this main virtue includes all other virtues, namely moral virtue and intellectual virtue. Studying and acquainting with such a book for those interested in ethical studies have this advantage that they can examine some of the ethical issues in society from the scope of virtueism.

ETHICS and ethical charters have a direct impact on the quality of architecture. The aim of this research is to conduct a comparative study of selected professional ethical charters in architecture in Iran and the West to improve and enhance the ethical charters of architecture in Iran. This research is of a comparative nature, and to achieve the research objective, the principles of professional ETHICS have been extracted based on theoretical foundations and background. Subsequently, a deductive approach was used to analyze the content of ethical charters in five ARCHITECTURAL ETHICS charters from the West and two ARCHITECTURAL ETHICS charters from Iran. The comparison of two ethical charters in Iran with the five studied ethical charters indicates that, in terms of the frequency of ethical components, the ethical charter for building engineering has more similarities with the ethical charter of the Society of Consulting Engineers than with the Western charters. The content of many ethical components in these charters is identical and synonymous, and in some cases, based on the context and existing unethical issues in architecture and construction in the country, they possess some unique ethical principles. The findings of the research indicate that ethical charters are largely formulated to serve the interests of the profession. The revision of ARCHITECTURAL ethical charters should not only focus on serving the interests of the architecture profession and architects but also pay special attention to human values and dignity.

This article introduces, analyzes, and criticizes the work of Lawrence M. Hinman, ETHICS: A Pluralistic Approach to Moral Theory. Hinman is a Philosopher of ETHICS in the multimedia learning. He believes that multiculturalism is important factor of nowadays so the most important responsibility of philosophers of ETHICS is prevention of moral conflict. The global communication and information in 21st century needs global tolerance and respect of various nations, cultures, and moralities together because different people and societies have a common human nature and common natural rights that obligate to justice and moral relationship between different people and various societies’ beliefs throughout the world. Moral communication in multiculturalism approach is against racial, gender, national, and ethnic prejudice. Hinman believes in moral dialogue and global learning across different cultures. The book of ETHICS: A Pluralistic Approach to Moral Theory has a proper category of new ethical problems, and the candid standpoint of author is considerable. He has a logical method, and in the end of every part of book there are some questions for evaluation of students learning. So this book is proper for the philosophy of ETHICS in universities.

In the critical review of the book “ETHICS of Management” written by Tomas Klikavar (2010), the present article has paid attention to the general approach of the author, the conceptual tools used, and the way of reasoning. According to the author, management, especially business management, due to the importance it attaches to the survival of the organization, has placed its fundamental principle on increasing benefit and earning profit, therefore, morality is not its fundamental issue, and it can even commit immorality in some cases, according to the necessity of tendencies and dispositions . As a theoretician of management ETHICS, from a historical point of view, the author has tried to show that business management has always been associated with unethical experiences, an experience that has continued until the present day as a kind of modern slavery. He believes that management ETHICS as an inter-discipline, which is considered a branch of management knowledge in terms of its subject, must be more intertwined with philosophy in practice. Finally, although the author has been able to show the inherent contradiction of management, especially business management, with ETHICS and provide a solution based on this, the fact that the author has succeeded in presenting a different theory in the field of “management ETHICS” is a matter of doubt and reflection.

Morality is one of the valuable things, which has been considered in Islamic society. All thinkers of morality in notional scope have tried to invite people to a good life by preparing them with cases such as contentment, forgiveness, true worshiping, pure life and earning kosher money. Islamic morality is a set of all headings correlated to morality specially morality science which is related to Islamic world and culture. Notional morality and practical morality and these items can be the origin of issuance of bad or good actions.Islam always recommends Islamic society, to learn and rely on new sciences and technologies albeit in foreign and non-Islamic countries, and takes this as a honorable and devotional act, so there is no difference between Islamic root and science and technological development, but beside recommending knowledge avocation, Islam stresses on this point that the purpose of science and technology should be in direction of serving Islam fundament, this issue causes technology to be consistent in a contrived way with cultural elements, such as beliefs and thoughts, social values, social norms and provisions, symbols and ideologies, so that the performance of this technology be a desirable one.Architecture is an era for out breaking individual, social life and normative aspects like morality. This issue causes affective factors in architecture with special features grow in its framework and meaning. Considering moral norms of society and the humankind is one of the basic requirements in shaping human’s work place and life. So the relation between architecture morality and social norms is satisfying the needs of the human, so that he can find comfort in the architecture space. During history architects have tried to match their architecture with moral norms with understanding these needs, but the arrival of new technological alongside identification issues and originality crisis, has affected on moral components in architecture and has created new challenges between morality in architecture and technology. The problem of the present paper is: what is the relation between morality and technology in architecture? And our purpose is finding moral concept and social norms of morality in technology transferring process in terms of today technology; when technology and architecture be synchronized, the effect of this problem that is technological architecture, would be inappreciable with regarding moral and normative criteria, but if technology won't be synchronized with architecture then they would be against each other and it will transform to “architecture technology“ phenomenon in which technology will become all forms of architecture and then necessary condition for shaping architecture would be technology. So architecture is always affected by technology, whether to promote architecture of spatial and semantic features to weaken them and to show the dominance of technology on architecture and the human.The purpose of this paper is not the deny technology acquisition from non-Islamic societies because technology is important in any society and if this technology would not be with awareness, this technology can destroy the remained morality. Technology makes a society develop in different dimensions and morality that is intrinsic should grasp as important concept in this time, and this development matches morality development but with converse face which in a short time it will be with disappearing morality. Technology and development especially constant and development are a complex process. The technology procedure type is related to collaboration and public trust of all people of a society regarding to moral balance and other social norms of that society. If people want to use and develop technology without destroying morality and its concepts in today society, they should bring human values such as trust, humanitarianism and love in their life and work.The results of the research shows that for reaching a proper pattern of current architecture in an Islamic society, some criteria for using ARCHITECTURAL technology should be considered which the most important of them is to consider morality component in terms of using technology in architecture. Morality components in architecture include:- Continuous afford to promote moral and noumenon dimension in architecture and inside an architect.- Self–knowing and the other knowing in response to people's needs.- Continuous afford in self –construction and adjustment of job affairs. Continuous afford for effective presence of Islamic religion and morality in all dimension of works and jobs.- Re-knowing, preservation and adjustment of norm manners and society in light of Islamic standard.- Re-knowing Islamic culture and civilization and growing it to create ARCHITECTURAL space regarding to current and future needs of society.- Afford to promote common human Islamic -Iranian dimensions which identity category would be grown by it. Observance these elements by architect alongside harmonizing technology with these elements, would create a result appropriate to social morality, culture and norms.so it can be said that architecture is as a result of Islamic moral elements and updated with modern technology.
